Our Services
Being completely independent and offering the highest quality of report, Inventory Expert allows agents and landlords to avoid becoming entangled in costly tenancy deposit disputes by providing the best possible evidence of condition.
The prices for our reports are worked out on a fair and competitive basis based on the size of your property.
There is a flat rate fee of £75 for a basic furnished property consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. We will record the condition of your hallways, corridors, stairs and landings (not communal areas in blocks of flats) completely free of charge. For each additional room, be it a bedroom, a bathroom or a reception room just add £10.
Gardens, attics, basements and communal areas in blocks of flats are not inspected as standard, please contact us for a full quote. All prices are based on fully furnished properties. If your property is unfurnished, contact us as we will be able to provide you with a generous discount.
